Role Summary
Job Description and Requirements
SAR is looking for an enthusiastic Station Information Controller to be responsible for capturing all operational performance issues within SAR network. In addition, works as part of a team to ensure the performance of passenger and freight trains is captured accurately and act as level 1 delay attributer. Station Information Controller is is also responsible for managing on board crew duties.
The Station and Information Controller is for the performance of the trains on the network by recording all delays and follow up with terminals staff, and also responsible for managing the crew booking.
An ideal candidate will have strong communication skills as this job requires to communicate within internal stakeholders i.e. Operations Control Center, Roling Stock Management, Infrastructure Maintenance, Mineral & Cargo and Passenger Operation, and Network Planning & Management.
Key Accountabilities:
Maintain a thorough knowledge of rules and associated instructions.
Maintain current trains on the network and ensure record up to date information.
Maintain timetable by looking ahead where practicable forecast any conflictions services versus possessions.
Ensure train crew are booked or to be booked with time.
Maintain ARAMIS by rearrange timetable on ARAMIS.
Ensure that PIS and PAS are updated for all Passenger Stations.
Ensure State of Network are updated to SAR business.
Ensure that performance tool is live up to date with inputs for delays and reasons. اضغط هنا
