Facilities Manager Job description
General overview:
The role of the Facilities Manager is to essentially look after all the assets of the group from an operations and management perspective, as well as from a customer focus perspective.
Duties and responsibilities:
 Ensuring seamless coordination and operations effectiveness amongst all the assets of the group.
 Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, and cleaning, catering, technology.
 Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security
 Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
 Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
 Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
 Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments.
 Drafting reports and making written recommendations to management.
 Input into the design of a new buildings to ensure that facilities are able to be delivered in the most effective way. اضغط هنا
