I have more than 8 years of progressive experience in the translation field.  My professional history includes positions such as senior translator at Future Group, as well as senior translator and interpreter at Al Moajam Masr for Translation, MSE and Scientific Center.
I have translated different types of documents from Arabic to English and vice versa, including legal and certified official documentation, contracts and agreements, financial statements and audit reports, semi-technical and medical materials, research papers and studies.
My main responsibilities as a senior translator include:
-  Proofread, edit, and revise translated materials.
- Read written materials, such as legal documents, scientific works, or news reports, and rewrite material into specified languages.
- Check translations of technical terms and terminology to ensure that they are accurate and remain consistent throughout translation revisions.
- Compile terminology and information to be used in translations, including technical terms such as those for legal or medical material.
-  Identify and resolve conflicts related to the meanings of words, concepts, practices, or behaviors.
-  Refer to reference materials, such as dictionaries, lexicons, encyclopedias, and computerized terminology banks, as needed to ensure translation accuracy.
-  Follow ethical codes of conduct that protect the confidentiality of information.
I have a bachelor’s degree from Helwan University, Faculty of Arts – English Department, Translation and Linguistics Section 2002.
