This position requires a minimum of a bachelors level degree in architecture and a minimum 10 years in the practice of architecture.
A current professional architectural registration license is required.
It is essential that the project architect have management skills to lead staff team, consultants and maintain client relationship.
The project architect should have the ability to anticipate project requirements and leadership qualities to work well with others.
It is important that the project architect be thorough and complete and able to review the work of others to coordinate multiple detail information.
AutoCAD proficiency and computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Projects is important.
Verbal and written communication skills are also necessary in arabic and English. Presentation skills and meeting leadership are required.
